My best friend’s dad was my dad’s best friend. He coached baseball and soccer. My best friend played both and was Magic is just science that we dont yet understand shirt . I envied him because he spent a lot of time with his dad. Our dads were Miami-Dade cops together. In an effort to get my dad to spend time with me like that, and seeing my dad watching football frequently, I asked my dad to tell me how the game worked and maybe get a ball out and toss it around together. My dad, the next day, handed me a book on American football. He never even once, threw a football with me. It must have something to do with my apathy for pretty much all sports, with one exception. MMA That shit is fucking great!I enjoy sports but don’t go out of my way to watch them. I also don’t know everything there is to know about the teams I like. I’ve been scolded when I tell someone a team I like and they ask me 100 questions to verify if I actually like the team. I don’t have to be a statistician to like a team. Nor watch every game to have a favorite team. It’s annoying

Occasionally I’ll watch a twitch streamer or two play like a game but no I never watch sports my parents never Magic is just science that we dont yet understand shirt  My parents never did either. Grew up like that. My parents kinda of wanted to get me into a sport or two like I tried soccer as a young child but I didn’t care for it.I played football in HS and college. I coach youth sports. I do not make a concerted effort to watch sports. I watch the superbowl for the party. I take the first friday off for NCAA as an excuse to sit and eat wings all day. I’ll watch a football game if it’s on at a bar. But that’s it. When people start talking sports, I’m totally out of the conversation. Or I’ll pop in a dad joke – “Yankees, that’s baseball right?” I’ll talk movies or tech all day long.When people ask me what I watch I say rugby but I don’t even watch that much I just used to watch the highlight reels last year. I don’t even really watch the highlight reels anymore. If I had more friends who were into watching it I probably would start watching it more but at the current moment where I am there aren’t really that many rugby fans that I am close with.
